FOI legislation provides for a right of access to records held by public bodies. Of course IGB thinks they are above the law.

Tommy Lyons finally seems to be acknowledging the seriousness of the dilemma facing the Irish greyhound industry. His plea for someone to stand up for the industry is interesting, do we not have a board who are supposed to be doing this? Is Tommy suggesting that the Board has failed the industry?
