Reply from IGB Head of Regulation.It has taken the Regulation Committee of Billy O Dwyer, Tim Gilbert, Matt Murphy and Pat Herbert Head of Regulation, 4 months to respond to the legitimate concerns of greyhound owners. The inability to address the issues raised , while not surprising, is most disappointing.
